1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Typical estimated delivery times after processing:

• Domestic Standard: 3–7 business days
• Domestic Express: 1–3 business days
• International Standard: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or high-volume periods.

3. Free Shipping

We may offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders above a specified threshold. Any active offer and its conditions will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us. For lost or significantly delayed packages, contact us at contact@try-vitaflow.com and we will assist in resolving the issue.
