1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it (where applicable for safety/hygiene reasons)
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
For health and safety reasons, certain opened consumable products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective. If you are unsatisfied with an opened product, contact us — we review satisfaction claims case by case under our guarantee.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at contact@try-vitaflow.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, contact us at contact@try-vitaflow.com and we will help arrange it.

- Final sale or clearance items (where marked)
- Opened consumable products, except where damaged or defective
9. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled as a return.
